Deposit Protection Agency Board
The Board comprises of 8 members; the Chairman, a representative from the Ministry of Finance, a representative from the Bank of Thailand, and the expert members who have been appointed by the Cabinet, and the president who serves as a Board member and Board secretary.

Power and duties
The Board has the power and duties to formulate policy and supervise the course of conduct of the businesses of the Agency under the objectives as stipulated by DPA act. According to Deposit Protection Agency Act B.E. 2551, the Board comprises of a chairman, a representative from the Ministry of Finance, a representative from the Bank of Thailand, and at least three but not exceed five expert members. There shall be at least one expert from each field of finance and fiscal, and legal. The President shall be a Board member and served as Board secretary.
